The new WARN AXON line of winches from WARN Industries are designed specifically for ATVs and UTVs and feature innovative new technology.
WARN Industries has introduced the new WARN AXON winch lineup for ATVs and UTVs. According to WARN, the AXON will “revolutionize powersports winches” with cutting-edge technology and reliability.
What sets the WARN AXON apart from other winches is the Motactor, which is a combination of a powerful motor and a digital contactor in a single unit. WARN says that by combining the motor and contactor, the AXON offers increased performance and efficiency. It also cuts installation time dramatically, making for a quick setup for powersports enthusiasts.
The first-of-its-kind digital control provides what WARN calls “never-before-seen levels of feedback” for users, including load information and motor temperature data.
“Add to this fast line speed, exceptional efficiency, and low amp draw, and you’ve got the most advanced, high-performance powersports winch ever,” says WARN.
Other features of the WARN AXON winch lineup include full IP68 waterproof construction, new clutch system based on the WARN hublock to allow for easy transitions between freespool and engaged winch modes, high-performance integrated brake to hold the full-rated winch load, all-metal three-stage planetary geartrain, one-piece tie plate for increased structural rigidity and durability, stainless steel fasteners and black powder-coated finish to resist corrosion.
When you purchase a WARN AXON winch, you are covered by a limited lifetime warranty on mechanical components, and a three-year warranty on electrical parts. Capacities range from 3500 pounds to 5500 pounds, which can handle any ATV or Side-by-Side need.
“AXON allows extreme riders to push the limits and ride on the edge knowing their vehicles will be equipped with exceptional recovery options, no matter what the situation. This is the state-of-the-art, no-compromise winch choice for the powersports industry,” boasts WARN.
