The world’s largest ATV and snowmobile show is back as the Toronto International Snowmobile, ATV and Powersports Show returns Oct. 16-18 to Toronto, Canada.
With over 500,000 square feet display space, show organizers say you can see “everything snowmobiling and ATVing” in one spot. Like it has since 1987, the International Centre will be hosting 2009 edition of the show.
The show now encompasses four halls at the International Centre, including an “Outdoor Events” area. It’s here you’ll find the Ultimax Freestyle Snowmobile Event, with Joe Parsons – winner of two gold medals at the 2009 X Games – along with longest snowmobile back flip world record holder Sam Rogers and Ontario-born Jeff Mullin. These three athletes will try to wow the crowd while they attempt extreme stunts on their customized sleds. Former X Games gold medalist Chris Burandt will be on hand to sign autographs and emcee the performance.

New to the 2009 show is the Can-Am demo track where attendees can test out new Can-Am ATVs. Look for the Can-Am Demo trailer.
Also, you can watch snowmobile and ATV racing. Be sure to check out the ATV “Obstocross” races with Joe Borda. Riders will be racing over telephone poles, cars, tractor tires and logs.
A track for the youngsters has also been set up so kids can try out an ATV. As well, children as young as four will be on sleds in Dayco 120cc Snowmobile Racing.
